According to a statement to E! News from the Delaware State Police, New Castle County in Delaware was targeted by the prostitution sting and it was a mass arrest via a joint operation conducted by four organizations namely the Delaware State Police New Castle County Governor's Task Force, the New Castle County Police Department, Delaware State Police New Castle County Drug Unit and the Wilmington Police Department.
Now 21, Fairman was said to be the youngest of the women arrested during the sting. Most of the alleged prostitutes are in their 20s and 30s. Each of the eight women was given criminal summons and is to appear in court but the specific date has yet to be announced.
Fairman was reportedly caught by police as she agreed to perform a sex act in exchange for money when a man approached her while she was loitering in the streets of New Castle County.
According to Hollywood Life, this is not the first time that Fairman has had a run-in with the law as back on Nov. 28, 2012, she was charged with two counts of theft. She also was charged with receiving stolen property so it is either she bought or sold stolen items.
Fairman was part of the second season MTV's "16 And Pregnant," in which she gave birth to her daughter Nevaeh Lynn Fairman. She was quite a popular part of the show since she had to convince Matt, the man who she says is the father of her daughter, and the two had to work on making their relationship better for the kid. However, it is not known if they are still together to date.
