"Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" recently unveiled its first official teaser for the Netflix revival.
According to Refinery 29, "Gilmore Girls" original cast member Sean Gunn was the one narrating in the one-minute clip while giving life to his character Kirk.
The clip opened with Gunn talking about who Lorelai and Rory are in the series.
"Meet Rory Gilmore and her mom, Lorelai. We call them the Gilmore girls. They live in a little town called Stars Hollow... More on that in a bit. Lorelai runs an inn with Michelle and her best friend Sookie. Rory's starting at a new school - it's big, a little scary and hard even for Rory who is very smart. But it costs a lot, which means Lorelai has to make calls with her wealthy parents who she's been avoiding for years. And that means having dinner every Friday night. It's awkward." Gunn narrated.
Meanwhile, the second half of the teaser revealed what Lorelai and Rory's life is like back at their hometown.
"Lots of good folks live there. Luke's diner, Ms. Patty teaches dance, someone has a grocery. Oh, that's me, Kirk. Anyway, a lot happens. Lots of talking, first kisses, second kisses, coffee, more coffee, faster talking, hugs, a proposal... Like I said, we most fast around her," he concluded.
In other news, a second teaser was recently dropped by Netflix and it showed some scenes from the upcoming and previous installments of "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life."
