Pokemon Go release in France will finally be a reality this week. The game was delayed due to the Nice attack and will be out soon, but no date is revealed yet.
France was already facing an issue which leads The Pokemon Company push back the release of the game. The game requires people to gather at a place and also roam around and this is not quite fit in the current social condition of France.
The recent Nice Attack on France has left many dead and injured. The game play is such that it can create stress in the country for all wrong reasons, Attack of the Fanboy mentioned.
Pokemon Go was to be launched in most of the European countries last weekend, but was delayed in France in respect of the victims in the Nice Attack. The company released a statement mentioning, "As a sign of respect for the French people in this time of national mourning, the release of Pokemon Go is postponed," Cnet pointed out.
It seems that the country is getting back to its peaceful state once again and gamers can get hold of the game, now. The game will soon be available in the country as soon as the calm comes back.
Pokemon Go is already a big hit around the world. The gameplay is distinct that it has taken gamers in its stride. The game has already taken up half of the mobile gaming purchase in a single day, Gamespot reported.
The game was released on July 10 and 47 percent of the market was taken over by Pokemon Go. Among the players who purchased the mobile game, 53 percent made zero or no purchase in last six months.
While the server may be playing spoilt sports in providing access to the game, gamers are somehow managing to get access to the most popular game in the world.
The question related to releasing the game in so many territories has already cropped up. The Nice Attack issue in France has given the company time to work on the server, though. Now, with the news of the release, France gamers can also share the excitement.
