Pokemon Go: Tips to catch 142 Pokemon; Fix for battery saver freezing glitch

Here are some tips to gain XP quickly and level up in Pokemon Go.

One of the best tactic to gain a lot of XP in the game during a short span of time is to get a Lucky Egg. When activated, Lucky Egg will double the amount of XP players gain during a half an hour period.

Once the Lucky Egg is activated, the trick is to spend that time evolving as many low-level Pokemon as possible. Players should do this trick with Caterpie, Weedle or Pidgey as these creatures just need 12 candies to evolve.

Dasilva333, a Reddit user, has created a website that helps people figure out how to get the most XP possible.

Steps to gain a lot of XP and level up

  • They should choose the Pokemon they are going to evolve. Players should use a low-leveled Pokemon such as Pidgey, Weedle and Caterpie. Oddish, Eevee and Rattata are also good (25 candies for evolution). Moreover, the website also calculates for Zubat and Rattata.
  • Then, gamers should enter the number of Pidgeys in their inventory.
  • They should enter the number of candies in their inventory.
  • And click calculate.
  • Then, the website will tell them how many of the Pidgeys they can evolve in the half an hour period and how much XP they will gain.

If players are better off waiting till they capture more Pidgeys or till they gain more candies, the website will suggest they hold off for now.

Generally, gamers discover that they can evolve 60 Pokemon during the 30 minute session.

Meanwhile, here are some tips to hatch eggs fast

There are many ways through which eggs can be hatched without walking.

Gamers can simulate walking by strapping their device to a robotic vacuum cleaner or to the dog with the Pokemon GO app running.

Also, GPS Spoofing is one of the cheats that players can use to make their phone think that they are walking even though they are not moving. However, it is important to note that GPS spoofing can get players soft-banned from the game.
