"The Walking Dead" season 7 fans recently found out that Glenn (Steven Yeun) and Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) were indeed Negan's (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) victim from season 6.
After the show's official spoiler site The Spoiling Dead Fans' revelation, Design N Trend came up with a list of reasons why Glenn and Abraham's deaths made the most sense for the hit AMC TV show.
According to the publication, Glenn and Abraham's deaths shouldn't come as a surprise to fans because both male characters were the same people that were killed in the comic books.
In the books, both Glenn and Abraham were killed by Saviors and these are what will trigger the all-out war between the Saviors and the people of Alexandria in the upcoming episodes.
Meanwhile, the publication also noted that Glenn and Abraham's deaths may be devastating for fans, but it actually is very helpful to the rest of the characters that are still in the series.
For instance, the other two characters that will be greatly impacted by Glenn and Abraham's deaths are Maggie (Lauren Cohan) and Sasha (Sonequa Martin).
In other news, new characters will also have the chance to shine in the series. This includes Heath (Corey Hawkins) and Jesus (Tom Payne). Both characters are expected to have major scenes in "The Walking Dead" season 7.
After everything has been said and done, Glenn and Abraham's death sealed the already known fact that Negan is indeed villainous. The character can now be perceived as twice more dangers, and it's possible that his next victims will be much bigger than the two.
"The Walking Dead" season 7 will premiere on AMC on Oct. 9.
