The Chinese hackers released iOS 9.1 jailbreak back in March this year. Since them, the Cupertino-based tech giant, Apple, has been releasing several firmware updates, including point updates for iOS 9.2 and iOS 9.3.

The first beta of iOS 9.3.3 came out in May, wherein shortly after the launch, Luca Tedesco successfully jailbroke it. Later, the hacker demonstrated JailbreakMe-style browser-based jailbreak on iOS 9.3.2. However, Tedesco made it clear that his jailbreak is meant for private research only and he would not release it publicly.

Apple release iOS 10, followed by its beta for developers and testers in June this year. Pangu came out strongly and demoed the iOS 10 jailbreak early in July at MOSEC 2016 conference in Shanghai, China. In addition, the team teased a jailbreak looming for iOS 9.3.2/9.3.3 devices.

Pangu released a new iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak for 64-bit devices less than two weeks after Apple launched the final version of iOS 9.3.3 to the public in mid July. Pangu's iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak tool is a semi-untethered solution, implying that users have to run the app on device to get it back into the jailbroken state after every reboot.

Multiple methods are available to jailbreak iPhones and iPad using Pangu's latest solution. Users can now download iOS 9.3.3 IPSW or iPhone and iPad final version at Redmond Pie. iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak for Windows is also available from Pangu.
