"Little Women: LA" season 5 may or may no longer feature Briana Renee and her husband Matt Ericson.

According to Design N Trend, following season 4, fans of the reality TV show started a petition urging the network to no longer include the couple in the upcoming installment.

However, a new teaser for season 5 showed that Briana Renee is still very much a part of the upcoming episodes.

Meanwhile, fans also noted that Briana Renee has distanced herself from all of her family and friends because of Matt.

In episode 2, she went to the hospital without telling anyone from her group of friends or her family. She later on called Elena Gant to share what happened to her. Unfortunately, when Gant wanted to visit her, Briana Renee once again refused and told her that she didn't want anyone to visit her there.

While speaking with Radar Online, Briana Renee's father Robert Kealiher said that his daughter's husband is the one that has been keeping her away from them.

"Nobody has been able to contact her. Matt doesn't let us speak to her. This guy has control of her phone and he answers her texts. Everyone says he's a nice guy. He's a wacko," he told the publication.

Meanwhile, a total of 1,631 fans have already signed the petition to have the couple axed from the Lifetime reality TV show. The goal is for the petition to be signed by 2,500 people.

The petition was created immediately after it was revealed by Briana Renee herself that her husband Matt cheated on her. The latter was also confirmed to have had been charged for domestic assault.

"The message is that abuse, infidelity, disrespect towards women and hostility towards co-workers should be both tolerated and excused. We, the public, are being sent a clear message that a woman should overlook a man's violent criminal record; that we should allow a man to alienate us from our family and friends; that we should give him chance after chance when we're cheated on; that we are able to blame for being cheated on in the first place..."

"Little Women: LA" season 5 will premiere on Aug 3 at 9 p.m. ET.
