The first installment of "Attack on Titan" was undeniably a success. With the second season already rumored to be out by spring 2017, new reports are loud that "Attack on Titan" Season 2 will focus on overthrowing the king, and revealing the real identities of various characters.

According to Christian Today, "Attack on Titan" Season 2 is going to show how the people rise against the corrupt King. It was noted that the rebellion against the King will be led by Captain Erwin Smith, and the King may only be one of the puppets of the real rulers of the land and the true royalties, which is the Reiss family.

It was said that Krista's real identity is going to be revealed in the long anticipated "Attack on Titan" Season 2. Krista was said to be a member of the Reiss family as well, and that her real name is Historia Reiss. The same publication also claims that the members of the Reiss family have the ability to transform into a Titan.

On the other note, Movie Pilot claims that another revelation will be about Ymir. It was said that Ymir also has the ability to transform into a Titan, but her titan form is not as tall as the others. The same report also noted that the Armored and Colossal Titans are members of the infantry - Bertolt as the colossal titan while Reiner as the Armored one.

Furthermore, "Attack on Titan" Season 2 will also feature the entry of a new type of Titan called the Beast. The same publication suggests that unlike a typical titan, the Beast is quite smart, can talk and can manifest the intelligence of a human. In addition, the Beast Titan is another titan-shifter from a new character that will be named as Zeke.

As of the moment, there is still no clear air date for "Attack on Titan" Season 2; however, several reports say that the second installment is going to be available by spring 2017.
