(L-R) Actors Nathalie Emmanuel, Conleth Hill, Sophie Turner, and Iwan Rheon attend the 'Game Of Thrones' panel during Comic-Con International 2016 at San Diego Convention Center on July 22, 2016.

"Game of Thrones" star Sophie Turner and "Harry Potter" actress Emma Watson have many things in common. Both ladies started acting early and landed on two of the entertainment world's most huge franchises.

Turner and Watson landed their big roles through their respective schools, the former revealed on Hollywood Reporter's "Awards Chatter" podcast on July 27, Wednesday. She acted in local productions since she was three.

At 13, the casting crew of "Game of Thrones" visited Turner's school and her drama teacher threw her and her friends to audition together over their lunch period. After many auditions and callbacks, she got the part.

"My mom woke me up one morning and was like, 'Good morning, Sansa,'" Turner said during the podcast. "I woke up and was like, [in disbelief] 'No!!!' and just started crying. It was a really good day."

On the other hand, before becoming a household name, Watson likewise acted in school plays. When "Harry Potter" came calling, she auditioned in her school.

The 26-year-old British star admitted she expected another person to get the part because that person had professional acting experience. Getting the part was exciting for her and that the experience was really magical.

Meanwhile, Turner recently dyed her hair snow-white blond, making it look like the wig of Emilia Clarke who plays Daenerys Targaryen in "Game of Thrones." The hair has made the Sansa Stark actress of Winterfell's House of Stark look like someone from House Targaryen.

On an Instagram post, the eldest daughter of House Stark revealed her new hairstyle. Her hair makes her look more angelic with its halo and innocent look.
