Fans are looking forward to watch "Bloodline" Season 3 after Netflix confirmed its release. With only a few teasers, the new season is expected to feature the same cast members, including the Australian actor Ben Mendelsohn, who portrays the black sheep of the family Danny Rayburn.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter in June, the show's co-creator Glenn Kessler hinted that Mendelson's character as Danny will still be an important part of "Bloodline" Season 3 despite his tragic end at the hands of his own brother. Danny was murdered by John Rayburn (Kyle Chandler) in the previous season.

"It feels like the DNA of the show is really informed by Danny's influence on his family that will always be there, either in death or being haunted by his memory," Kessler told the publication. "At the center of this tragedy is the effect of this black-sheep brother on the family."

Although Kessler did not specify how Danny will be seen in "Bloodline" Season 3, the co-creator explained that Danny's influence on John is something that the next season of the Netflix original thriller-drama series will focus on. There are possibilities that Danny could appear in flashbacks and apparitions as he did in the early season.

There has been no official date of release yet for the upcoming season of the Kyle Chandler drama. When it comes to the series' settings, it was confirmed that they will not move from Florida Keys despite the tax issues.

At the Television Critics Association press tour in July, Netflix Content Chief Ted Sarandos cleared the rumors about the series possible change of location.  Sarandos confirmed that "Bloodline" Season 3 will continue its production in the Sunshine State, adding it is an iconic place perfect for the show.

Meanwhile, Mendelsohn received an Emmy nomination for outstanding supporting actor in a drama series. It was the second time that his craft was noticed after he was first nominated in 2015, Daily Mail reported. Also in 2016, the "Animal Kingdom" actor was nominated for best performance by an actor in a supporting role in a series, limited series or motion picture made for television at the Golden Globe Awards.

Before trying his luck in Hollywood, Mendelsohn had a flourishing career in Australia. Way back in his homeland, he starred in a number of TV shows, including "Love My Way," "Neighbours," and "The Secret Life Of Us."

"Bloodline" Season 3 is set to be seen early in 2017. Viewers can expect a 10-episode run of the highly anticipated Netflix drama.
