"19 Kids and Counting" alum Josh Duggar is being sued by DJ Matt McCarthy over the former's photos in the extramarital affair site Ashley Madison.
According to The Wrap, the Los Angeles-based DJ discovered that the TLC reality TV star used some of his photos on his account and claimed that he's the one in the snaps.
McCarthy added that Duggar also used his photo on his Twitter and OkCupid accounts.
Duggar's doing allegedly made McCarthy's family and friends think that he was connected to the reality TV star and his scandals.
Additionally, the DJ said that he also received a slew of harassing and offensive messages calling him "Duggar's Boy Toy," "DJ Duggar" and more.
Meanwhile, McCarthy also claimed in the lawsuit that he filed on Thursday at the Los Angeles Superior Court that he lost a bunch of his work and gigs because of Duggar's scandal.
As of late, Duggar hasn't commented regarding the issue yet.
The reality TV star was recently seen at an event that was attended by all of the men in the Duggar family.
Duggar's dad Jim Bob posted a photo that featured his eldest son standing on the rightmost side of the photo.
The snap also revealed that Duggar has gained a considerable amount of weight ever since he left rehab a few months ago.
In other news, there are some ongoing rumors claiming that Duggar and his wife Anna may be featured in some of the episodes from "Jill & Jessa: Counting On."
The second season of the spinoff has premiered this month, but no sighting of both Duggar and his wife has been included in the show as of late.
What has only been confirmed is that "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" will focus on Jill Dillard and her husband Derick, Jessa Seewald and her husband Ben and Jinger Duggar with her fiancé Jeremy Vuolo.
"Jill & Jessa: Counting On" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on TLC.
