Obito Uchiha is a redeemed villain from Naruto. He was a member of Konohagakure's Uchiha clan.

The "Kaguya Ōtsutsuki Strikes" saga is now in full swing. In "Naruto Shippuden" Season 20 episode 471, fans can expect to witness the death of Obito Uchiha.

"Naruto Shippuden" Season 20 episode 470, which was released on Aug. 4, saw Naruto fights Kaguya alone in her solidified dimension. The previous episode ended with Sakura and Obito embarked on a mission to save Sasuke Uchiha, who is lost within Kaguya's Dimensions.

Early "Naruto Shippuden" spoilers are now out in Manga Reader. The next episode will begin with Kaguya going head-to-head against Naruto's shadow clones, in an attempt to kill the real one.

While Kaguya battles the clones, Obito and Sakura will soon arrive from the dessert dimension, GamenGuide reported. It is believed that the leader of Akatsuki will use his two Mangekyo Sharingan to locate the Sasuke. Obito then successfully returns Sasuke and Sakura to the dimension where Naruto and Kakashi are.

Knowing that the combined powers of Naruto and Sasuke would definitely put an end to the matriarch of the Ōtsutsuki clan, Kaguya relocates them to a high gravity dimension. This apparently gives her a chance to finally unleashed her All-Killing Ash Bones powerful attack.

Empowered by a shared memory of their past friendship, Obito and Kakashi place themselves before Naruto and Sasuke as shields. However, the former decided to use his left eye to teleport the attack aiming at Kakashi away, while he sacrifices himself.

As Obito's body disintegrates, the silent Uchiha cautions Kakashi that he will not be around to spare his life the third time. After telling Naruto to become a Hokage, Obito finally crumbles into a pile of ash.

Nonetheless, it remains to be seen whether Obito will meet his demise in "Naruto Shippuden" Season 20 episode 471. The upcoming episode, titled "The Two of Them... Always? " is scheduled to hit TV Tokyo airwaves on Aug. 11.
