"Community" star Donald Glover openy shared about his experience during the set of "Spider-Man: Homecoming" in Atlanta as he told SlashFilm that he was given an secret role in the film and he is not allowed to say it in public at the same time was very excited about the opportunity given to him in the "Spidey" movie.

Glover praised director Jon Watts on how he handled the vision of "Spider-Man: Homecoming" properly and many people have fun during shooting and having a great time. For now, it is unknown yet what kind of role will the "The Martian" actor take in "Spider-Man: Homecoming".

It is previously reported that Glover could play a number of "Spider-Man" related characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe ranging from Hobbie Brown/The Prowler, Robbie Robertson and Max Modell. However, one role has been consistent among the comic book fans as they believed that Glover could be playing Miles Morales a.k.a. the Ultimate Spider-Man.

Miles Morales has been hinted to appear in the movie alongside Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland) and they might stick to the comics since Miles is slightly younger than Peter in the Ultimate Marvel comics.

There is also another possibility that Marvel Studios could tweak Miles into becoming an older version of himself in the MCU depending on the writers and director's decision.

In other news, it seems that Gwen Stacy could be heading to the "Spider-Man: Homecoming" film as "The Nice Guys" star Angourie Rice is being eyed for the role, MovieWeb reported.

Peter Parker's love interest in the film will be Michelle (Zendaya), but with the rumors of Gwen appearing in the MCU, it will be interesting to see how Gwen will factor in Peter's life as both student and a hero.

Gwen Stacy is one of the popular love interests of Spider-Man in the Marvel comics next to Mary Jane Watson. The character has been featured in several live-action "Spidey" films such as "Spider-Man 3" played by "Jurassic World" actress Bryce Dallas Howard and "The Amazing Spider-Man" series played by "Zombieland" star Emma Stone.

Previous reports revealed that The Tinkerer and Shocker will be played by "Orange is the New Black" actor Michael Termus and "Total Recall" actor Bokeem Woodbine, joining the Vulture (Michael Keaton) in destroying Spider-Man.

"Spider-Man: Homecoming" will be release on July 7, 2017.
