Hollywood actors Anna Camp and Skylar Austin celebrated a joint bachelor and bachelorette party over the weekend.
Online website NY Daily News reported that the couple started out separately with the boys hanging out by the pool, while the girls went out for brunch. Both groups came together later on dressed with cowboy hats at the Cowboy Palace Saloon in Chatsworth, California.
In celebration, Camp wore a white dress, cowboy hat and a "Getting Hitched" sash while Astin sported a navy blue jacket.
They co-starred and met in the set of the hit American musical comedy movie "Pitch Perfect". In the movie, Camp played the character of Aubrey Posen, Barden Bellas' uptight and traditional leader. In contrast, Austin was Barden Treblemakers' Jesse Swanson, the lead character's (Anna Kendrick) love interest.
The couple's then blossoming romance came as a surprise among fans of the movie since they did not share a scene together. In an interview with Glamour magazine in 2014, Camp shared how their relationship began.
"We were friends first and just hit it off. He's just so great, and he's a Libra too. We didn't really have a scene together, but he's just such a fun guy. He's great. He was dating somebody, and I had been through [a divorce] and he was like, 'Do you want to go on a date?' I remember thinking, 'Well, he's younger than me. He's five years younger. He's 26, and I'm 31.' But I was like, 'You know what? OK! Let's do it, let's see,'" she said.
Camp and Astin dated for two years before they finally got engaged early this year. Last January, the couple surprised their fans and Instagram followers with a photo of them in a car and Camp flashing her engagement ring.
In an exclusive interview with People magazine last March, Camp revealed details of her upcoming wedding. For instance, the couple will be having a large wedding party with their big family and friends including of course, their "Pitch Perfect" co-stars.
Moreover, they are planning an outdoor California wedding in the fall and will feature nature-friendly, fresh and vibrant colors for the decors.
