Actor Jamie Dornan arrives for the screening of the movie 'Fifty Shades Of Grey' in Berlin.

Jamie Dornan's fitness trainer recently shared how she helped the actor stay fit and healthy while he was filming "Fifty Shades of Grey," "Fifty Shades Darker" and "Fifty Shades Freed."

According to Ramona Braganza, exercise should always be paired with proper nutrition. When it comes to Dornan, Braganza said that the actor went on an 80:20 kind of lifestyle which means that all of his food and alcohol consumption was cut down. The trainer added that 80 percent of Dornan's time was focused on working out and dieting, while 20 percent is when he could go on cheat days.

Braganza also happens to be Anne Hathaway's trainer and she said that staying fit requires determination and discipline. For majority of the celebrities who need to prepare for their roles on TV and on film, Braganza's ratio is 90:10.

Meanwhile, Dornan and his co-star Dakota Johnson recently wrapped up filming for "Fifty Shades Darker" and "Fifty Shades Freed" in Paris, France.

Twitter user @fsog_greyssed has been keeping fans of the "Fifty Shades" franchise and Dornan on the loop when it comes to the actor's whereabouts.

Other than "Fifty Shades Darker" and "Fifty Shades Freed," Dornan will also star in the World War II movie "Anthropoid" that is slated for release in theaters in the United States on Sept. 9. He will also reprise his role as Paul Spector in "The Fall" season 3 alongside Gillian Anderson.
