Pokemon Go players finally have to say ‘No’ to cheats with the new captcha feature

People join the Hong Kong's first Pokemon Go tram party organized by 'Sam the Local', on July 30, 2016 in Hong Kong.

As Pokemon Go cheats and tricks continue to flood, Niantic finally decided to release the Captcha feature to detect hackers and third-party tools being used.

Pokemon Go's developer brought security level to the next level as its new captcha feature will prevent cheaters from using bots and other trackers to sidestep the Pokemon Go rules, which will be released soon enough.

Business Insider reported that the new feature will disable the use of bots and other hacking apps and codes, so players cannot use them to cheat on the game. As commented by Insta-PokeGo creator, Steven Bartell, the captcha feature is a really tough one to crack.

Bartell further noted that the use of different Pokemon Go mapping trackers, such as FastPokeMap, will be futile and may even result to players getting banned, especially if Niantic decides to activate it the moment any suspicious gameplay is detected.

Nevertheless, there are minor cheats which might just be spared from captcha feature, such as the hack that allows players to roam anywhere without the need of leaving the house. Although, according to BGR, some still think that there will be no loophole in the captcha feature, which hackers might just discover.

On another note, players are advised to just abide by the game's rules and stick to strategizing rather than cheating. For instance, Pokemon Go Hub recently suggested that concentrating on the IV of each Pokemon can greatly help to make a new way to be a PokeMaster. Accordingly, each Pokemon has different values when it comes to attack, stamina, and defense, and a player who knows how to get around with these possess great advantage compared to other players.

When looking at the IV, players should determine the combination of genes of the Pokemon through looking at the Individual Values (IV). This can easily be identified through the indicated IV score that ranges on scale of zero, which represents worst combination, to 100, which indicates perfect combination. Take note that IVs are constant even when the Pokemon evolves.

According to iDigital Times, this is yet an unexplored strategy to become an expert Pokemon Go player without using cheats.
