‘America’s Got Talent’ (AGT) Season 11 (2016) Semifinals results: Which Top 5 acts will make it to finale?

'America's Got Talent' is a talent show that features singers, dancers, magicians, comedians, and other performers of all ages competing for the advertised top prize of one million dollars.

"America's Got Talent" (AGT) Season 11 (2016) kicked off its semifinals on Aug. 30, Tuesday. The show featured the performances of first 11 semifinalists. Each of these contestants is competing to gain entry in finals and each one of them has proved that they have the ability to be the winner. Unfortunately, only five out of 11 acts will move on to the finale and the remaining six will head back home. Meanwhile, speculations are running rampant and fans are eager to find out which top five acts will make it to the finale.

The first performer of the night Sal Valentinetti, the Dunkin Save act, performed a cover of "That's Life" by Frank Sinatra. According to the judges, ' it was one of his best performances. However, Mel B. felt it felt like he was maybe holding back, according to Gossip and Gab recap. Will Sal Valentinetti be able to beat other singers to find a place i the finale?

Blake Vogt, the 27-year-old magician, was able to impress the judges a lot. However, the trick he performed may seem a bit repetitive for the audience but what may work to his advantage is the stunts he performed and his presentation.

Edgar, the family band, are the most improved act, according to Simon. They sang Rascall Flatts' "Bless the Broken Road" and earned praises from the judges. But will they be able to beat the likes of Grace WanderVaal and Laura Bretan, Musicality in the finale?

Speaking of Musicality, fans saw them perform a rendition of "Born This Way" by Lady Gaga in "America's Got Talent" (AGT) Season 11 (2016). Their performance, energy and presentation were everything that was needed. Howie said they were inspirational.

The only danger act that has made so far is Deadly Games but their future remains uncertain. Their semifinals performance really impressed the judges. Heidi thinks they have to be one of the five acts entering the finale.

Another genius act competing in "America's Got Talent" (AGT) is Tape Face. With their intriguing acts, they have been able to create quite a stir among the viewers. They are entertaining and one of the best acts this season, according to the judges.

The former NFL player Jon Dorenbos has often amazed the four judges with his interesting magic acts. The semifinals act left the judges speechless. Simon said that his act is "the most incredible thing" he has seen on the show.

Lori Mae Hernandez cracked Olympic jokes tonight. Unfortunately, Howie thinks she still needs to work on her performance. However, Simon felt this was her best act.

One of the more popular acts this season has been Malambo group, Malevo. They are sensational and sexy. Their performances are highly energetic and the judges absolutely love them, but will America show them the same kind of love and take them forward.

As for Grace VanderWaal, 12, her talent, creativity and popularity suggest that it is highly likely that she will advance to the finals. With three original song performances, she has proved that she is a superstar with immense talent. Howie and other judges said that they think she can win it. But will VanderWaal be able to beat Laura Bretan, the 14-year-old opera singer?

Bretan's semifinals performance earned her a standing ovation from the judges. Mel B. said her vocal ability is outstanding. Simon predicted she will definitely make it to the finals. What do you think?
