Beyonce turned 35 on Sunday, Sept. 4, and celebrated her birthday with the release of the music video for "Hold Up." On the other hand, the singer was forced to postpone the New Jersey tour stop of her "Formation" concert following doctor's orders.

The multi-awarded musician recently gave her fans a treat on her birthday. The music video for Beyonce's track "Hold Up" has been unveiled on Youtube during her natal day, according to a report posted on USA Today. The song is part of the pop singer's latest album titled "Lemonade."

The said music video's release also marked the first time that the song has officially been made available on Youtube. Beyonce previously released "Hold Up" in Apple's iTunes store, as well as Tidal.

The "Sorry" crooner has also been receiving a lot of love from her fans who sent supportive messages during Beyonce's birthday. However, following the singer's happy celebration came bad news for some of the pop singer's loyal followers. The musician has cancelled her Sept. 6 New Jersey performance that formed part of her "Formation" concert tour.

Beyonce's New Jersey concert tour stop was moved to Oct. 7, according to a statement made by MetLife Stadium on Monday, Sept. 5, E! News reported. It appears that the singer has been advised by her physician to rest her vocal chords. However, no other information was disclosed about Beyonce' health condition apart from the doctor's vocal rest instruction.

Jay Z's wife has been busy touring various cities in the U.S. and other parts of the world since she started her "Formation" concert world tour in April. Beyonce has recently capped off the U.K. and European leg of her concert tour with a successful show held in Barcelona in early August. The singer's cancelled New Jersey performance at MetLife Stadium was supposed to mark the start of the musician's remaining set of U.S. based shows.

Meanwhile, the announcement also indicated that the rest of Beyonce's "Formation" concert tour will continue as scheduled. She is set to perform at Missouri's St. Louis on Sept. 10, followed by seven other performances in various parts of California, as well as Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. The multi-awarded musician's concert tour is expected to end in October.
