New details and possible spoilers for "Arrow" season 5 will feature Oliver Queen making an appearance in "The Flash" and "Legends of Tomorrow", as well as Laurel Lance returning in the season premiere.
It seems that Oliver Queen/Green Arrow (Stephen Amell) will just be in Star City for too long as several speculations are making rounds that Oliver will have cameo appearances on "The Flash" season 3 and "Legends of Tomorrow" season 2.
Several behind-the-scenes photos in "Legends of Tomorrow" season 2 saw Oliver along with Nate Heywood/Citizen Steel (Nick Zano) inside a time ship, possibly in the Waverider and Oliver confronted Mick Rory/Heat Wave (Dominic Purcell). "Arrow" season 4 villain Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough) will also be present in "Legends of Tomorrow" as a member of the Legion of Doom consisting of himself, Eobard Thawne/Reverse-Flash (Matt Letscher), Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman) and former team member Leonard Snart/Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller), Screenrant reported.
Oliver's next appearance could be in the "Flashpoint" plot of "The Flash" season 3 or at least, an aftermath of the event as Amell tweeted that fans will see a third version of his character. It is speculated that Amell's third version Oliver could be his one-armed older self, which was featured in "Legends of Tomorrow" or could be an entirely different person.
In other news, "Arrow" cast member Katie Cassidy confirmed that her character Laurel Lance/Black Canary will be appearing in season 5 premiere.
Executive producer Wendy Mericle teased that Laurel will be returning "Arrow" season 5, but did not specify as to how, but several fans speculations revealed that Laurel could be featured in the show's flashback scenes. It is also noted that Laurel will making multiple appearances in every CW Network owned DC TV series like "The Flash" and "Legends of Tomorrow", ComicBook reported.
Laurel was killed by Damien Darhk in season 4 and Oliver made a statue of her during the season 5 teaser trailer. "Arrow" season 5 will feature Oliver Queen struggling to protect the Star City as both its Mayor and Green Arrow; however, he could do it alone and plans to train a new Team Arrow consisting of Curtis Holt/Mr. Terrific (Echo Kellum), Jack Wheeler/Wild Dog (Rick Gonzalez), Evelyn Sharp/ Artemis (Madison McLaughlin), Adrian Chase/Vigilante (Josh Segarra) and Rory Regan/Ragman.
Oliver will also face new threats both from his past and present such as Prometheus and the Bratva Russian mob.
