2NE1 comeback is apparently delayed as the solo careers of members Dara and CL are going very well.

CL's US debut is received very well. While it is hard to penetrate the US market, CL is trying her hardest to be an international artist. She dropped a single entitled "Lifted," which was well-received by fans. The music video was filmed in the Bronx in New York by highly-acclaimed director Dave Meyers. It also featured Wu Tang Clan's Method Man.

CL will also perform at "The Late, Late Show with James Corden". Aside from appearing in fashion events like the New York Fashion Week, CL booked her first television appearance in the United States.

Dara, on the other hand, is currently filming the reality show in the Philippines. Sandara Park was castd alongside Vice Ganda and Yeng Constantino to be the judges of Pinoy Boyband Superstar, a reality search for Filipino boy band that will specialize in sing and dance as well as swoon the hearts of girls nationwide.

Sandara's experience as a member of South Korea's top girl group 2NE1 is a big factor for her casting. South Korea is home to a bunch of male groups such as BigBang, Super Junior, EXO, and GOT7.

Meanwhile, last 2NE1 member Park Bom is still on hiatus following her drug scandal in late 2014. However, she is seen outside more recently. While this could be a sign that 2NE1 is trying to make a comeback soon, netizens still ha not forgiven Park Bom for her drug scandal.ve

Although YG Entertainment said that 2NE1 comeback will happen soon, an exact date has not been revealed. The label is currently busy promoting its next generation girl group - BLACKPINK. The group is composed of Jennie Kim, Lisa Manoban, Kim Jisoo, and Roseanne Park.
