Jamie Dornan plays Christian Grey

The "Fifty Shades Of Grey" movie is not losing Jamie Dornan for the role of Christian Grey in case there is a sequel, Dornan's rep recently confirmed. This debunks rumors that the actor is walking out of filming FSOG.

"Jamie is delighted that the film is breaking box office records worldwide and whilst the studio has not made any formal announcements about sequels, he is looking forward to making the next film," ABC News quoted a statement from Dornan's rep.

An Australian magazine called NW earlier ran a story on Jamie Dornan leaving "Fifty Shades Of Grey." The report cited Amelia Warner, Dornan's wife, as the reason for the decision. Daily Mail UK later claimed Dornan's rep told the publication such reports are "pure conjecture."

The 2015 "Fifty Shades Of Grey" movie is believed to be only the first in a series of adaptation. The book series by British author E.L. James comes in three volumes.

Earlier in February, Jamie Dornan took to Twitter to engage FSOG fans days ahead of the "Fifty Shades Of Grey" opening in cinemas. He posted this photo to begin #askjamiedornan.

Responding to a fan question about the first day on the FSOG set, Dornan said it was "mildly terrifying." Ask about the one thing that he always takes with him, Dornan said, "my wife."

Dornan's wife, Amelia Warner (actress, singer and songwriter), walked the red carpet with the actor during the British premiere of "Fifty Shades of Grey" in London. The couple got married in 2013.
