The law enforcement of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department got a call Tuesday evening that three people appeared to be dead in a Charlotte home.  The 19-year old former contestant on "America's Next Top Model" was among the three who were found murdered in a drug-related homicide.

The three bodies of the victims were found inside their home in Charlotte, the other two victims were Jonathan Cosme Alvarado, 23 and Jusmar Isiah Gonzaga-Garcia, 21. Puhar's family moved to North Carolina after fleeing their war torn country Serbia, according to MSNBC.

The authorities found the dead bodies of the three victims already lifeless.

Puhar appeared in the "America's Next Top Model" Cycle 21 on the most recent season of the popular reality TV modelling contest show which is hosted by supermodel, Tyra Banks.

The suspect was immediately identified as Emmanuel Jesus Rangel, 19-years old and was brought to custody. He was charged with three counts of first degree murder.  The suspect is currently being held at the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office, CNN News reported.

Police investigators believed that the victims and the suspect knew each other and this was a drug related incident.

Puhar was a refugee who came to the United States at the age of five together with her family. She stands 5'9 ½ and started to do modelling at an early age of 12.

She attended high school in Charlotte but dropped out of school when she was 16-years old. She was a wild child and wanted to go out and party all the time.  The Serbian beauty got her GED right before she got casted in the "America's Next Top Model" show.

Puhar was eliminated on the 10th episode of the contest the previous year.

Tyra Banks and the rest of her co-models in the show showed their deepest sympathies to her demise.
