Kylie Jenner continues to prove that she is successful at a very young age as she recently purchased a new home that is allegedly worth US$2.7 Million and another surprise is that 25-year-old rumored boyfriend Tyga will be moving in with her.
TMZ reports that Jenner bought the 4,900 square foot house in a subdivision in Calabasas, California called The Oaks. The house is just a block away from the houses of her sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian.
The house reportedly has a home theater, a pool, a kitchen, and five bedrooms. No other details were provided but in the photos released, it seems there is much more in the new crib of the youngest Jenner. According to reports, Jenner has the money and earned it from being in their family reality T.V. show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" and that there is no truth about her mom, Kris Jenner, helping her in paying the newly purchased property.
However, what is more of a buzz is Tyga moving in with the star as a source told Hollywood Life about the planned big step of the two. The source pointed out that it's not a full-time thing being at Kylie's house but he will be there a lot as he already has his own key and it's really about the safety of Kylie.
The source adds, Jenner's never really lived on her own before and this house, which he helped her pick out when she was house hunting, is crazy big. He doesn't want her to be in that house alone all by herself and neither does she."
The source shares that Tyga feels he needs to be there for Jenner as this is an important time. He will be there for a few months and help Jenner get accustomed to living alone and help her go through such a huge and exciting chapter in her life.
Tyga also wants to be the one to move and unpack Jenner's things as it is a man's job and that he is Kylie's man so he wants her to feel his presence in her home and he is still looking forward to many more memories they could make together.
However, Jenner moving will not be anytime soon as Tyga is still on tour and he does not want her starting to move her things without him being around.
