"Jurassic World 2" will hit theaters on June 22, 2018.

"Jurassic World" has taken the box office in 2015, and fans are expecting that the upcoming sequel of the film would surpass the success that the first installment achieved.

CSN reported that the upcoming sequel would feature new breeds of dinosaurs and would be set in a new location. It is stated that the island theme park Isla Nublar would no longer be open to the public, considering that almost all of the captured dinosaurs was able to break free. It is speculated that Claire and Owen would be the ones to clear up the mess in the island before they actually go to the mainland and capture the wild dinosaurs that escaped.

Because Isla Nublar would no longer be a functional theme park, it is expected that the film would no longer be located in an island. Recent reports claim that the production team of "Jurassic World 2" is currently in Hawaii scouting for possible locations for the movie.

Regarding the upcoming "Jurassic World 2's" storyline, it is speculated that the movie would revolve around Dr. Henry Wu and the new breed of dinosaurs that he created. It was seen in the previous film that before the Isla Nublar fell into rubles, Dr. Henry successfully escaped and he was also able to steal the patent embryos of an unknown breed of dinosaurs that is expected to be more dangerous than the Indominus Rex.

Aside from the vicious dinosaurs, it is also expected that a counter breed would be introduced which would also be greatly described as crime fighting dinosaurs or superhero dinosaurs. However, the said storyline is still tentative because a lot of fans are not happy about it, wherein a lot of them are saying that crime fighting dinosaurs are "Not only illogical but funny."

In other news, INSING reported that it is recently confirmed that "Jurassic World 2" would be a part of a trilogy.

According to Director Anton Juan Bayona, originally "Jurassic World" was envisioned by Colin Trevorrow as a three part film. Bayona even stated "The Jurassic World is a trilogy that Colin Trevorrow has envisioned. We're writing the second chapter, and it's very intresting where he's leading the story."

The filming for "Jurassic World 2" would commence by November and the sequel is expected to be released by June 22, 2018. However, the release date for the third part of "Jurassic World" is still unannounced.
