"Frozen 2" will see Elsa-Anna love story and Olaf having his partner of his own.

Fans were ecstatic upon Disney's announcement that a sequel for their award winning film "Frozen" would soon be in production; however, after Disney's confirmation, not a lot of news about the upcoming sequel was heard.

Rumors suggest that Disney might have changed their mind and decided not to push through with the sequel. Furthermore, rumor has it that the production team is finding it hard to create a concrete storyline because of the pressure that is raised to them. Surely fans would be expecting that the upcoming sequel would not only be as great as the first movie, but preferably, "Frozen 2" is expected to go beyond the success that the first instalment achieved.

However GameNguide reported that the reason for the lack of news about the upcoming sequel is Disney's sudden decision to go through a casting call for new actors who could lend their voice in the sequel. According to the news, "Frozen 2" would no longer follow the story of Elsa, Anna and Olaf, while it is also expected that Idina Menzel, Kristen Dunst and Josh Gad would no longer be part of the franchise.

It is stated that a new character would be introduced in the upcoming sequel and a new storyline would be looked in to. However, the musical aspect of the movie like in every Disney films would still be present in the sequel, meaning the most sang song "Let It Go" would be replaced with a new catchy song.

According to fans' speculation, "Frozen 2" would revolve around the story of a prince in the middle of his quest to find the girl of his dreams.

Ecumenical News also reported that another possible reason why "Frozen 2's" production and release is still undetermined is the fact that Disney is also planning to release 2 Disney Princess movies in the next 2 years, namely "The Beauty and the Beast" and "The Little Mermaid."

Since the production for "Frozen 2" would require a big budget while the production time would need an ample amount of time to get each and every scenes done, it is possible that the sequel might be delayed in a couple more years.

Up until today Disney hasn't given out a statement regarding this topic.
