Ubisoft introduces "Tom Clancy's The Division" during the Microsoft Xbox E3 press conference in June 15, 2015.

The completion of the maintenance for "The Division" did not have any major change in the game. In fact, gamers are more excited to the rumored "The Division" 1.4 update as major twists and changes are reportedly set to come with it.

Accordingly, the 1.4 patch is a re-balancing attempt for both solo and co-op players. Arekkz Gaming reported that the 1.4 update is believed to be a key to changing the over-all gameplay of the game. In general, changes include the availability of a new option called World Level, which is a way to monitor the maximum level all the NPC can avail in each player's world. Meanwhile, Heroic difficulty will be on during Incursions and all kinds of loots will be available for everyone in "The Division."  Also, Patrol bosses will be available to the PvE and not only restricted to PvP.

In totality, the highlight of "The Division" 1.4 update is the world scaling with World Brackets selected by the player. In fact, "The Division" will have Diablo-like "world levels," which aims to change the difficulty of the game and the corresponding rewards. In the state of the game reports, developers explained on how the new World Bracket System works especially in the interaction between the enemies and the players. It is noteworthy that there will be changes in the time to kill an enemy and the time it takes for a player to be killed by an NPC.

Accordingly, 1.4 update, otherwise called "Elite Task Force," is a major step to make massive changes in the game, so gamers can expect that "The Division" will be near perfection upon the release of the update. However, many are still kept censored in the State of the Game and fans can only expect further announcement after its conclusion.
