"Kingdom Hearts 3' is an action-RPG developed by Square Enix for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles.

The latest details for "Kingdom Hearts 3" will feature new Disney worlds and gameplay updates soon, as well as the sequel no longer available to the Xbox One console.

It seems that Square Enix will reveal something new about "Kingdom Hearts 3's" development during its 15th anniversary as Japanese game developers will likely announce new Disney worlds and gameplay details for the sequel.

According to a tweet by the Japanese "Kingdom Hearts" Twitter page (translated via KH Insider), Square Enix is excited about the progress of the much anticipated sequel, alongside "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue."

Square Enix added that the development of "Kingdom Hearts 3" is coming along steadily and gaming fans will expect new Disney worlds, which gamers can run, jump, fly and explore with wider space and higher range of maneuverability.

"Kingdom Hearts 3" will feature new worlds based from Disney characters and so far, worlds from "Tangled", "Hercules" and "Big Hero 6" have been confirmed. Other rumored Disney worlds may include "Frozen", "Wreck-it Ralph", "Toy Story", "The Jungle Book", "Brave", "Zootopia" etc.

In addition, game co-director Tai Yasue also teased that characters from Star Wars and Marvel franchises could appear in "Kingdom Hearts 3", but it will take awhile for Square Enix to acquire the rights from Disney.

In other news, there are rumors making rounds that "Kingdom Hearts 3" will not be available to the Xbox One console.

"Kingdom Hearts 3" was removed in the official Xbox Live Japan website which lead to gamers speculating that the game will likely be a PlayStation 4 exclusive, iTechPost reported. It was originally announced that "Kingdom Hearts 3" will be available on both PS4 and Xbox One consoles.

When gamers checked that official Square Enix website, "Kingdom Hearts 3" is still available for the Xbox One. Whether or not the said website has a delayed update or the Japanese site took down the title for region access reasons, it still remains to be answered officially.

Previous reports teased that a possible PC version of "Kingdom Hearts 3" soon, as well as Kairi being a playable character in the sequel.

Considering their recent focus on bringing previously console exclusive games to PC, it is possible there might be a PC release in the future. Gaming fans are hopeful that Square Enix could feature more playable characters besides Sora in "Kingdom Hearts 3" as it was previously hinted by game director Tetsuya Nomura that a young Xenohart and Eraqus will be playable characters in the game's prologue.

"Kingdom Hearts 3" is speculated to be release on 2017 for the PS4 and Xbox One.
