Several members from "The Sims" team have shared interesting details on the upcoming "The Sims 4 City Living" expansion pack. Latest news revealed what players can expect from the game's new flea markets.

Avid fans of Electronic Arts' popular life simulation game "The Sims 4" have been eagerly anticipating the release of its new city-themed world San Myshuno. The said new world will be introduced in the game's third expansion pack named "City Living."

The new world also comes with a host of different activities, gameplay features, as well as several new build and buy items. One of the new gameplay features is a flea market where Sim characters can buy or sell their wares.

SimGuruDaniel, a member of "The Sims" team has divulged more information about the flea markets in a recent social media Q&A session. The fansite Sims Community collated some of the said game designer's comments that confirmed a player's capability to have their Sim character set up their own sales tables.

The upcoming expansion pack's flea market scene is also a part of the new festivals that await avid players, according to SimGuruDaniel. However, he did not mention if the flea market festival will be one of the neighborhood events in the upcoming pack's Spice Market district.

Electronic Arts already revealed some of the new locations and festivals that a player's Sim character may enjoy in "City Living." In an earlier statement posted on "The Sims" website, Sim characters can take part in five different festivals. Some of these festivals include a convention for nerdy Sims and geeks, while others offer a hot date setting in a romance-themed event.

Street parties and new experiences also await Sims in the game's upcoming third expansion pack. Gamers can have their Sim characters brush up on their fitness skill with the new basketball hobby. Musically inclined Sims can also improve their singing skill with the new Karaoke bar. Meanwhile, video gaming skills can be further enhanced with the upcoming pack's new video game consoles.

"The Sims 4 City Living" will be released on Nov. 1 on PC and MAC. Watch the game's "Meet the Neighbors" teaser below:
