"I have no clue what I am doing. Don't vote for me," Garrison announces in the episode. He knows that he would not make a good president that the country deserves. However, people don't seem to get the point and believe that Garrison is a true person with real emotions.

Despite the presidential debate being the talk of the town, "South Park" Season 2, episode 3 does not focus on it. The prime focus of the season is online bullying and trolling. 

Things go out of hand in "The Damned" after the Olympic medalist from Denmark could not take it anymore and commits suicide.

Gerald is enjoying the trolling session but the suicide news makes the situation bad for him.

Gerald gets into saving-his-a** mode as he tries to cover up the tracks that could lead the suicide to him.

Meanwhile, Heidi and Cartman become real-life friends. And we see Cartman's gentle side as he interacts with Heidi.

The episode throws light on the dark side of trolling and how it affects the life of a victim.
