To honor the fifth year anniversary of First Lady Michelle Obama's "Let's Move!" campaign, Beyonce posted her 5 exercises from her Instagram workout video.  The first lady's program is focused on fighting childhood obesity and help get kids get more active.

The First Lady celebrates by asking all Americans to #GimmeFive or to share five ways to show that they are living a healthy life.

Beyonce responded and never disappoint.  The singer diva showed her awesome curves as she demonstrates five moves she uses for workout: standing oblique crunches, medicine ball roll ups, weighted jabs, lateral power step-ups, and lunges, according to Health News.

"Celebrating the 5th anniversary of Let's Move! #GimmeFive @michelleobama," Beyoncé wrote next to the video capture of her intense workout routine on her Instagram.

Obama had the program going on and posted on Feb. 25 a photo of herself running around in a field together with several kids of different ages. She posted the photo on her Instagram. She also included a short caption saying double tap if you're ready to #GimmeFive.

"Double tap if you're ready to #GimmeFive: To celebrate 5 years of #LetsMove, share 5 ways you're getting healthy, then pass the challenge on to your friends," posted the First Lady on her Instagram, Hollywood Life reported.

The five exercises moves shown by Beyonce are very easy and could be done at home. A set of dumbbells, a small medicine ball, and a sturdy chair are enough items to get to start following the workout video.
