Grace VanderWaal attends the 'America's Got Talent' Season 11 Live Show at The Dolby Theatre on August 30, 2016 in Hollywood, California.

"America's Got Talent" season 11 winner Grace Vanderwaal is encouraging her 1.2 million followers on Instagram to follower her on Snapchat.

Just recently, the 12-year-old singer/composer shared a photo of herself with her hair pulled back in a bun. She's also wearing a cute pink cap and round shades in the snap. "Add me on Snapchat. It's grace_kawaii," she captioned the photo. Fans of Vanderwaal immediately added her on the social media platform and gushed over the videos that she's been posting on her account.

Meanwhile, Vanderwaal is gearing up for her upcoming concert at the PH Ballroom at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas on Oct. 27 to 29. The Suffern native will be performing with Tape Face, as well as the other acts who also competed in the hit NBC reality TV show this season. The "Beautiful Thing" singer previously announced that tickets for her three shows are already sold out, but fans don't need to worry because her manager Simon Cowell is working out more shows for her.

In other news, Vanderwaal recently had the chance to talk to one of her favorite musicians, Jason Mraz, on the phone. A video from their conversation was uploaded online on YouTube, and it opened with Vanderwaal first talking to another man. She was asked what she would feel if she has the opportunity to talk to Mraz, and Vanderwaal couldn't help but say that she will be very excited to meet him.

Mraz then went on the phone with Vanderwaal who freaked out the minute she realized it was really the singer's voice he was hearing. Mraz also congratulated Vanderwaal on her win in "America's Got Talent" and praised her for her talent and artistry.

"America's Got Talent" season 11 aired its finale episode a few weeks ago. The new season will premiere on NBC sometime in May of next year.
