Singer Rihanna (L) and rapper Drake perform during the 2011 NBA All-Star game halftime show at Staples Center on February 20, 2011 in Los Angeles, California.

"Bates Motel" has been a great horror drama television throughout its whole run on television. While the airing of the 5th season is still months away, fans are trying to already piece together the puzzles for these last 10 episodes for the series. The suspense and tensions are building up as the end is near for the show.

Writer of the series, Carlton Cuse says that the final season will "blow the minds completely.", according to Inquisitr. He also added that he wants the last season to have their own little spin to the Psycho lore, making it a new and unexpected instead of just recreating the whole original story of Alfred Hitchock's "Psycho".

While currently there are some differences already in the show and the original film, the fifth season is set to recreate a whole new and different image for the series. The Madeleine Loomis character is an example as to there is no such character in the original film, which begs the question about her part of the final season. This adds up more confusing and exciting things to look forward to because it is pretty much unpredictable at this point.

Nestor Carbonell, who is playing as Sheriff Alex Romero, is going to direct the infamous shower scene and Rihanna will be joining the cast as Marion Crane, who was portrayed by Janet Leigh in the original film. This would mean a heavy task is at hand for Carbonell for it is one of the most iconic scenes in the history of cinema and pulling it off is a pressured task.

The character of Sam Loomis, however, is the boyfriend of Marion Crane in the original film. The connection between Madeleine and Sam is still vague, but is seems that some are getting theories that Marion will be the mistress of Sam.

Carbonell told TMZ: "I don't want to give it all up, you know? But I know we're really excited. She's coming soon. I am going to get to direct her, which I'm really looking forward to."

Airing of "Bates Motel" is set to hit on March 2017.
