The Milwaukee Bucks could consider trading John Henson, who is more likely to lose his role with the team this season.

The Bucks could be attempting to trade the wrong center in Greg Monroe, according to Rohan Katti of Sports Illustrated's Fansided. Katti explored the possibility of the Bucks trading John Henson, who could lose quality minutes in Milwaukee this season, with the team having plenty of other options at the four and five spot.

"Trading Greg Monroe is most likely not going to happen before the season starts. However, a John Henson trade would make sense because he might see minimal time on the court this year," Katti wrote.

Henson has yet to crack a starting role with the Bucks, but the 25-year-old center has been a fan-favorite in Milwaukee due to his defensive intensity and energy. He only averaged 7.0 points per contest for the Bucks last season, but also posted an impressive 1.9 blocks a game.

Among the suggested possible destinations for Henson, according to Katti, are the Oklahoma City Thunder and Golden State Warriors.

After trading Ibaka to the Orlando Magic, the Thunder has been without a solid rim protector and defensive anchor inside the paint. The likes of Enes Kanter and Steven Adams should still give OKC good interior defense, but Ibaka's absence is a huge gap to fill for the Thunder. Bringing in Henson would give the Thunder another defensive man, but someone who is more capable of chasing down shots inside the paint.

With the Bucks looking to add shooters to fill the void left by Khris Middleton, who is likely to miss the entire season after suffering a torn hamstring during preseason workouts, the Thunder could offer a package including Anthony Morrow and Ersan Ilyasova. A deal that works on ESPN's trade machine.

Meanwhile, the Warriors are also in need of a shot-blocking big man after trading Andrew Bogut during the offseason. Golden State's summer acquisitions of David West and Zaza Pachulia could help the Warriors offensively, but neither of the two are expected to make an impact on the defensive end.

Henson would give the Warriors a young and athletic big man, who can fit well in Steve Kerr's defensive schemes. His ability to protect the rim well would be a valuable addition for the Warriors and possibly address the only weakness the super-team has heading into the season.

However, the Warriors do not have much enough pieces to trade for Henson. But if Golden State could include a third team, it is a deal worth considering for the Warriors.
