Bethesda has yet to provide decent updates on when “The Elder Scrolls 6” will be coming out with most forced to make do with the upcoming “The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Special Edition” pegged to come out on Oct. 28. Pairing enhanced graphics and previously added content for “TES 5”, such could account for the things to expect for “TES 6”.
With nothing much to work on, the belief is that Bethesda game developers are hard at work for “The Elder Scrolls 6”. A feasible release date for “TES 6” to come out is 2019 if the company follows the usual cycle of releasing new titles every four to five years.
That said, the things to expect for “The Elder Scrolls 6” is what most are eager to hear about. With “Skyrim Special Edition” built on a new open world engine, the understanding is that the sixth installment will come with better performance plus more content to delight fans.
Aside from the game setting and storylines, there are other things about “The Elder Scrolls 6” to consider. One is achieving an optimal leveling system to establish better and fair play not entirely based on skill statistics. Employing class systems could be a good idea, calling to mind the Morrowind and Oblivion classes as discussed by gamers on Reddit.
The most intriguing part of it all is whether Bethesda will jump to the virtual reality bandwagon, meaning better graphics for “The Elder Scrolls 6” players. This may depend as well on the boom of VR technology, the same route that other games are cautiously monitoring.
Virtual reality has been mentioned time and again for most upcoming games so Bethesda will likely keep track how other game titles approach it, including its implementation, Gaming Bolt reported. VR headsets have been erratic as far as sales is concerned at the moment so integrating it will entirely depend if many would still embrace the feature.
With a long way to go, gamers will be on the prowl to see when Bethesda makes the official announcement. For the meantime, check out the video below alleging that the gaming company has started work on “The Elder Scrolls 6”.
