Nvidia reveals one of their latest GPUs for the 1000 series, GeForce GTX 1060.

Nvidia launched a hotfix immediately after an updated GeForce driver breaks some of Windows 10's features. The latest update can be downloaded on the official website of the video card manufacturer.

According to the official website of Reddit, several PC gamers downloaded the GeForce 375.57 driver to get ready for "Battlefield 1," and other recent and upcoming games. It provided virtual reality support for the optimal experience for "Eagle Flight" and "Serious Sam VR: The Last Hope." After installing the driver update, they experienced several issues when they booted up their PC system, especially the Windows 10 gamers.

Owners of Windows 10 PC systems complained of the 375.57 update causing a few of the Operating System features to crash like the Windows Store apps. Some of the Start menu tiles were difficult to drag and drop and it sometimes resulted in making their display screens looking jagged or crashing. Some GIFs and videos were also affected by image artifacts with the faulty driver update.

Nvidia quickly made a hotfix to fix the disastrous issue right away before every other Windows 10 PC owner upgrades to the faulty driver. The 375.57 driver was quickly pulled out from the main server and a new version was released right away. The latest 375.63 driver functions perfectly this time and it does not contain the same problems as the previous version.

Other Nvidia users might still be vulnerable to the faulty driver because it seems that the latest driver is only available in certain regions for now. There are some PC owners from other parts of the world that report that their latest available update is still 375.57. Some said that some of the features are working perfectly, but there are others that crashed and had image problems especially the animated GIFs.

All Nvidia users who have Windows 10 are advised not to download the faulty driver when it is offered through their GeForce application. According to the official website of GeForce, the 375.63 driver can be downloaded there instead with a file size of 293.66 MB. It will still have the same release highlights of the previous driver, but with the hotfix already embedded.
