Actors Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus arrive at Australians In Film Awards & Benefit Dinner at InterContinental Hotel on June 27, 2012 in Century City, California.

Rumor has it that major drama is brewing behind the scenes of "The Voice" Season 11. According to reports, new judge Miley Cyrus is having a feud with Adam Levine, leading to speculations that this might be the "Wrecking Ball" singer's first and last season on the reality singing competition.

NBC has confirmed that Cyrus will not return as judge on "The Voice" Season 12, and will instead be replaced by former judge Gwen Stefani, TV Guide reports. Meanwhile, Adam Levin, Blake Shelton and Alicia Keys are confirmed to return as judges.

However, the eleventh season isn't Cyrus' last stint on the show. She'll be back on the judges panel for "The Voice" Season 13, filming of which will begin next fall.

"We can't wait to experience the unique chemistry and energy Gwen, Alicia, Blake and Adam will bring to season 12," NBC president Paul Telegdy said in a statement. "With Miley returning for season 13, we're truly ecstatic about the unmatched musical know-how and talent coming together in our coming seasons."

Although reasons behind the set-up were not revealed, it's been rumored that there's ongoing tension between co-judges Cyrus and Levine. It is said that Levine allegedly isn't a fan of Cyrus' loud attitude. Reports also say that the two stars have been "at each others' throats" ever since filming for "The Voice" Season 11 began.

Cyrus and Levine, however, have denied rumors of them feuding on "The Voice" Season 11. A source also explained that the bickering between the singers on the show is all fun and that it's nothing personal or serious.

Meanwhile, "The Voice" Season 11 Knockouts is currently underway. An emotional Cyrus reveals that she cries every time she has to send one of her team members packing. Prior to their individual performances, Cyrus gifts them with a copy of her self-help book, "The Untethered Soul," to help them calm down.

Cyrus also says that she chooses to wear colorful outfits because she believes it "makes the contestants feel safe," Variety writes. "When I turn around, people laugh and feel lighthearted," the 23-year-old star shares.

"The Voice" Season 11 airs every Mondays and Tuesdays on NBC.
