Bottom three team Sporting de Gijon (2-5-2, 8 points) will look to climb out of the relegation area as they face second-running squad Sevilla FC (6-1-2, 20 points) on Saturday, Oct. 29 at the El Molinon Stadium in a 2016-2017 La Liga season game.

Start Time and Streaming Info

The game starts at 7:00 a.m. ET. It can be viewed live online thru FuboTV.

Sporting Gijon is temporarily at the 18th spot of the 20-team Spanish top flight table, which is included in the bottom three zone that will be relegated to the Segunda Division at the end of the season.

The team is on a six-game winless spell, but they actually snapped a five-game losing streak after settling to a goalless draw with cellar-dwellers Granada on the road at the Los Cármenes Stadium last Saturday, as per ESPN.

Head coach Abelardo Fernández's side has been on a downward spiral since opening the new season on a three-game unbeaten run. They were twice beaten into 0-5 scores by powerhouse teams Barcelona and Atletico Madrid and nipped by Celta Vigo, Deportivo La Coruna, and Valencia in 2-1 counts in three of their losses.

Meanwhile, Sevilla has climbed to the second place in the overall standings after going on a three-game winning streak. They have also won four of their last five matches to edge Barça for the second spot behind current league leaders Real Madrid.

Los Rojiblancos defeated erstwhile league leaders Atletico Madrid, 1-0, at their home field of Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium last Sunday to win their third straight game, SkySports reported.

French midfielder Steven N'Zonzi scored the winning goal for head coach Jorge Sampaoli's squad in the 73rd minute as he calmly slotted in a shot past the desperate dive of Atleti goalkeeper Jan Oblak following a brilliant through ball from teammate Luciano Vietto.

Los Colchoneros tried to fight back late in the game, but Spanish midfielder Koke was sent off in the 77th after getting booked with a second yellow card as he lunged on French defender Adil Rami.

Prediction and Predicted Lineup

The predicted result is a 3-1 win for Sevilla.

Sporting Gijon starting lineup (4-4-2 formation): Cuellar; Lora, Rodriguez, Mere, Lillo; Gomez, Picon, Ait Atmane, Burgui; Castro, Cop

Sevilla starting lineup (5-4-1 formation): Rico; Mariano, Mercado, Pareja, Rami, Escudero; Vazquez, N'Zonzi, Nasri, Vitolo; Vietto
