Tottenham is the only remaining unbeaten squad in the English top flight after nine rounds this season. The team has drawn its last two matches following a four-game winning run and is currently settled at the fifth place in the overall standings.

The Spurs were held to a 0-0 tie by middling squad Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium last Saturday, the Daily Star reported.

With the draw, head coach Mauricio Pochettino's side had missed the chance to take league leadership from Manchester City even as they controlled 62 percent of the ball possessions throughout the game.

It was also the first shutout for Tottenham this term as they failed to convert the many chances they had. Erik Lamela's shot from 25 yards out hit the crossbar at the 18th minute while another chance at the 89th was blocked by Cherries keeper Artur Boruc.

Meanwhile, Leicester City finally snapped a three-game winless skid, trouncing Crystal Palace, 3-1, at the King Power Stadium also last Saturday, as per Yahoo Sports.

The Foxes netted the first three goals of the contest before the Eagles could answer, earning only their second win in their last six outings.

Nigerian winger Ahmed Musa opened the scoring in the 42nd minute to give head coach Claudio Ranieri's side a one-point lead at the break. Japanese striker Shinji Okazaki doubled the lead in the 63rd before Austrian defender Christian Fuchs made it a 3-0 count in the 80th.

Palace was able to score a consolation goal five minutes later with a clever goal from midfielder Yohan Cabaye that passed through the legs of defender Robert Huth before hitting the net.
