WWE Raw Review; An alternative way to how WWE should book Kevin Owens vs Seth Rollins going forward into Survivor Series

Ever since the powers that be decided to split the WWE brand into Raw and Smackdown live, arguably it's been Smackdown or The Blue Team, that has excelled in the rating wars and in the genuine art of storytelling.

A shorter show and more focus on promoting the talent the right way could be the reason for this. In the last couple of weeks, however, The Red Team that's known as Raw has come back well by making some good decisions in terms of booking.

First, the decision to get Bill Goldberg back into the WWE after a 12-year absence, although it's not being well received by fans as it can be, to be fair to the creative they have pulled things back somewhat by adding Rusev into a potential feud with The Big Man.

This decision to put The Bulgarian Brute somewhere towards the main event picture is a good decision in my humble opinion. Former US champions Rusev has shown he is a very talented wrestler, after all, he was unbeaten for a year before backstage politics slightly ruined his push into the main event picture.

The reason why I make such a reference to the Goldberg and Lesnar feud is because the WWE have already set up a feud after feud (Rusev vs Goldberg). Potentially the same could be said in regards to another feud that is currently brewing between The Architect Seth Rollins and Candian superstar Kevin Owens.

After losing their title match at Hell In A Cell, it was obvious that Rollins was naturally going to play some part in this week's Raw, which he did and the way he did was due to clever booking from the creative team.

In this week's Raw, there was a segment which at the end of it which saw  Raw manager Mick Foley make a match between Roman Reigns against Chris Jericho for his US title, a very smart move there. What put the icing on the cake of that move, however, was that Owens was going to be at ringside for his old pal Jericho.

The match between The Big Dog and Y2J, although arguably ended in a disqualification due to Kevin Owens interference, it was what happened after the match that got many "licking their lips in the WWE Universe as Reigns faced a beat down from the two Candian's KO and Jericho.

That didn't last too long as The Architect Rollins came and made the save for his former Sheild brethren and that's where the show ended, which sets up this feud beautifully. I think I have the answer as to how this feud should go.

This week's Raw closed on a cliffhanger, will Roman and Seth become an alliance or won't they? That was great, but the creative team need to build on this and there's no better way to take this feud (Owens and Rollins) by branching it off with a Jericho and Reigns feud.

In my humble opinion, a tag team match up would be a good introduction to getting this feud going between the four men. Of course, the feud between Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens is very much in full flow now, I get that, but I think Jericho and Reigns are needed to be put in this feud to help Roman finally get the approval of the crowd.

The best way to do that is get a tag team match set up between the four men and put it on the card for Survivor Series, or make it be that Seth Rollins gets included in the five on five match and make it be that both men (Reigns and Rollins) ruin team Raws chances by taking out Jericho and Owens to ruin their team's chances of victory.

That might make them move to Smackdown due to their betrayal, but that might make a move for a Sheild reunion on the cards? Don't rule out anything with the WWE creative team, the possibilities are endless!
