"How to Get Away With Murder" Season 3 will soon introduce a new character named Claudia.
According to TV Line, the creators of the show are currently casting the character, who is described to be around the age of 40. Claudia also happens to be a "tough, scrappy, lower working-class" inmate who is in dire search for a connection while she's in prison.
Another character named Jasmin is being cast. The tough cookie that is in her 60s seems like a silent loner, but she's definitely more than meets the eye. Jasmin won't have a difficult time creating bonds with the other characters in the series.
It is highly anticipated that Claudia and Jasmin will make the storylines from the series even more interesting.
Meanwhile, TV writer Michael Ausiello said that Claudia and Jasmin may most likely play a crucial role in the flash-forwards of Annalise Keating's (Viola Davis) arrest.
In other news, Thursday night's episode of "How to Get Away With Murder" started with Annalise already in jail. The professor just learned that she's being charged with multiple crimes. An anonymous source tipped the lead character off to the police, and it was later on revealed that it was Wes (Alfred Enoch).
Meanwhile, in present time, Wes lied to the NYPD about seeing Charles Mahoney standing just a few feet away from where his father, Wallace, was shot dead. However, Charles wasn't really there that night, and Wes just wanted to make sure that he wouldn't be implicated for a crime that he didn't actually commit.
In other news, Frank (Charlie Weber) has resurfaced. He was first seen standing outside Laurel's (Karla Souza) apartment. He also visited Bonnie (Liza Weil) and shared an emotional scene with her.
"How to Get Away With Murder" Season 3 airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
