BIGBANG comeback or first live performance may take place at Mnet Asian Music Awards or MAMA 2016.
As BIGBANG and YG are both mum about the release date of the group's new album with no teaser whatsoever, speculations claimed that BIGBANG may hold its comeback at the biggest music event of the year.
YG is no stranger in doing this. Last year, CL first performed her track "Hello Bi+ches" at MAMA, then the rest of the 2NE1 members made an appearance. PSY also held a comeback at MAMA. It is the best platform for introduce new music or album in a larger and international audience. YG artists are the favorite performers in MAMA. For years, BIGBANG always performed in the said event since 2007.
Meanwhile, according to Korean website Soompi, BIGBANG was previously in Chungcheongbuk province filming a music video. They are back in Seoul to film another one. This hinted that the boy band will release two title tracks soon.
Several reports claimed that the members are in the final stages of preparation for their full-length album "MADE," and their new track is already in a state of completion. The legendary male group has not confirmed the actual release date of their new album. It is most likely a surprise release by the end of the month.
VIPs are anticipating the release of the new album since reports of their possible comeback emerged. The group debuted in 2006 and the surprise release of the album will mark their 10th anniversary. The group will also hold a concert in Seoul in January.
Reports said that it will be a gift to the fans before the group will take a long hiatus as they will enter military service that will delay their next comeback.
