The "Civilization VI" male and female advisers talk about their next move.

A new update for "Civilization VI" was recently released for download. It also added a new multiplayer scenario, and two new map types for players to try out.

According to the official website of the video game, the Fall 2016 update will automatically install when players start their Steam client. If it will not install automatically, Firaxis recommends them to restart the client right away.

With this new update, it will add DirectX 12 support to the PC video game, which will start with AMD cards and Nvidia Maxwell-series or later cards. The game developers are asking the players to make sure their drivers are up-to-date. The update also added support for Logitech ARX.

The latest update added several gameplay updates like additional notifications, time defeat feature, hotkey support, and many more. Balance changes were implemented to make the gameplay better. The AI was also tuned to make it more challenging and more sensible than the first version.

According to the official website of Steam, numerous fixes for bugs were implemented with this latest update to make the video game run better this time around. One of the fixes was the bug with production of Social Policies, Great People, and Pantheon bonuses that were not applied correctly. It also fixed a bug that let the Royal Navy Dockyard do not get the right adjacency bonuses.

The update fixed an exploit that allowed ranged and bombard units gain experience when attacking a district with zero hit points. An issue was fixed with wonders when transferring the city ownership, which could lead to some issues when players attempt to use the Gustave Eiffel. The bug where AI would counter gold changes with the change desired, rather than the total amount of gold they wanted to get was also fixed with this update.

For the visuals, the buildings on snow will now have snow on them. The update added an Industrial Barbarian Encampment and a ranger tower to National Parks. It also made many changes to the multiplayer features.

The UI of the video game had some additional features like the number of specialists working on a title. Some features were also updated like the leader-chooser when players begin a new game. Audio was also fixed with this new update.

Players will be able to try out a whole new scenario called Cavalry and Cannonades with this new update. Two new map types were also added like the Four-Leaf Clover and the Six-Armed Snowflake. These maps can be played both online and off in "Civilization VI."
