Lazio has not tasted defeat in the last seven rounds of Italian top flight competitions. It resulted in the team climbing to the fourth spot of the league table, three points behind third-running team AC Milan and eight points below league leaders Juventus.

In their last Serie A game on Nov. 5, I Biancocelesti held fellow contending team Napoli to a 1-1 draw on the road at the San Paolo Stadium to keep their undefeated streak alive, as per USA Today.

Following a goalless first half of play, Napoli team captain Marek Hamsik scored the game's opening goal in the 52nd minute from a cross by Algerian left back Faouzi Ghoulam.

Lazio was able to level the count immediately as Senegalese forward Keita Baldé Diao with a right-footed strike from the left side of the box off an assist by teammate Marco Parolo.

Both sides went scoreless for the rest of the match as they settled for the tie and a share of a point in the overall standings.

Meanwhile, Genoa also settled to a 1-1 draw with Udinese at their home ground of Luigi Ferraris Stadium on Nov. 6, ESPN reported.

Both goals were scored in the first half of the match as French forward Cyril Thereau opened the scoring in the 11th minute for Udinese while Argentine winger Lucas Ocampos netted the equalizer in the 24th.

The draw was the second consecutive winless performance for head coach Ivan Jurić's side as the team remained at the 10th spot of the Italian top flight table.
