"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" protagonist learns he has become the new captain of their fleet.

The latest "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" update has fixed numerous issues and exploits that the game was plagued with. The new Hardcore Kill Confirmed feature has been added to the consoles.

According to the official website of Steam, the new update had made numerous changes to the multiplayer and zombie modes this time around. The Volk weapon in multiplayer has had its ranged damage reduced, and now it has more recoil and a larger spread from the hip. The zombies weapon rank upgrades have a splash image now, and the exploits have been fixed.

Infinity Ward announced that the game will have double XP and double weapon XP in multiplayer this weekend until Nov. 21. Players will get the chance to level up this time around, which is why the game developers are advising players to hurry and play more until the deadline.

The developers revealed that there were over 1,000 bug fixes in this title update across the multiplayer and Zombies mode for "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare." Some of the fixes were smaller, backend ones, and adjustments for the two modes. Some of the others were larger and well known issues that they have received from the players and their feedback.

One of the fixes done in multiplayer was an issue where the second player in splitscreen would not earn any Mission Team Progress. Another one was the removal of Taunts that were not supposed to be unlocked. Another was a fix for the Synaptic death going through the ground.

In Zombies in Spaceland, the developers made a fix for pap zappers having no ammo after players picked them back up off the standee. They made a fix for players being able to repair a window from too far away and avoid being attacked. They also allowed clowns to be part of the kill marked challenges.

According to the official website of Reddit, Infinity Ward added back the Kill Confirmed to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Hardcore Defender mode was removed from the latest consoles, and the Infected mode has been added back to all platforms.
