In what could be a major developing US Tennis story, Serena Willimas' long time hitting coach Sascha Bajin aka "Big Sascha" has left her to coach Victoria Azarenka. Apparently, the American sports icon is not much weary of the breakup at all.

Bajin was Serena's mentor and coach for eight long years. Serena is, however, not minding the fact that "Big Sascha" will now be associated with the Belarusian.

Although no official announcement has been made, recent Tweets of Serena, Bajin and Victoria have already made it clear that Bajin is all set to join team Vika.

Serena tweeted on March 04, "@bigsascha @vika7 don't have too much fun without me congrats Sasha"

Bajin graciously replied, "Thank you @serenawilliams you know @vika7 and me won't be having any fun. Lol! Thank you for 8 unforgettable years, what a ride it was...."

Bajin was not only a hitting coach but a favourite friend of Serena too. He helped Serena when her parents Richard Williams and Oracene Price were not available to provide the much needed support.

Bajin had detailed about his acquaintance and association with Serena to USA Today Sports last year. It made the fact clear that Bajin was more than just a coach to Serena, he was like her brother, too.

In 2010, Serena won the Australian Open against Justine Henin, and Bajin was her 'touring coach' then. Bajin said, "I could see in her eyes how competitive she was," then.

"I fed her a her short ball and she didn't stop, [she] attacked and came in straight to net and did her thing. You could tell she really wanted it, even though there was big pressure," Bajin had added.

Interestingly, Victoria has responded like a true sportswoman, too. She tweeted on March 05, "@serenawilliams: @bigsascha @vika7 don't have too much fun without me congrats Sasha"... all love and respect! Thx for being cool."

Bajin could surely tell Victoria about Serena's one or two weak points. But, Serena doesn't seem to have any threat from team Vika for the time being.

19 career grand slams are not just a figure; it's a feat, Serena.
