'Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2' DLC update: 'Majin Vegeta' raid happening this weekend; New mentors, Frieza raid quest added soon!

Bandai Namco announced "Majin Vegeta" raid for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 this weekend.

New game details for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" will feature a Majin Vegeta raid this weekend and more DLC updates coming soon.

Bandai Namco announced that a new raid will be added to "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" this weekend as gaming fans will be taking on a powered up version of Majin Vegeta. The raid will be on Dec. 4 with starting times are 1 pm UK/2 pm CET to 9 pm UK/10 pm CET.

The rewards for the Majin Vegera raid will include a Hercule Badge (Common) and the title “Beloved". Players that inflict 2,000 damage get the title “Awakened", while inflicting 50,000 damage get Tight’s Hat and 20 TP Medals.

If Majin Vegeta is beaten at Level 99, all participating members get 30 TP Medals and the team that delivers the final blow to Majin Vegeta get an additional 20 TP Medals. This leads to a total of 50 TP Medals, TheBitBag reported.

In other news, Bandai Namco will also release its first DLC pack this month as it features two characters from the "Dragon Ball Super" anime will make their debut into the sequel.

These characters are Frost and Cabba or Cabbe from Universe 6 and they made their official appearance in the "Universe 6 vs Universe 7 Tournament" or the "Champa" saga. Cabba will have his Super Saiyan tranfsformation and Frost will appear in his final form.

The first DLC pack will also feature a in-game event called "Frieza Siege Event" were in Frieza and his army attack and took over Conton City. Winners of the event will be rewarded with ten exclusive Jersey costumes in the game. A new raid boss announced were in players will face Evil Yamcha to earn a special title in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2". In addition, gamers can now have Hit as a new instructor, five new attacks, 3 new parallel quests, two new costumes, five super souls and two emotes.

Previous reports revealed Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken" Son Goku and a new version of Hit called "new ultimate attack" are added to the game's roster. Son Goku used this version of the Super Saiyan Blue to counter Hit's Time Skip technique during the Universe 6 vs Universe 7 Tournament in "Dragon Ball Super".

"Dragon Ball" characters that will serve as new instructors for the players to learn from. These are Future Gohan, Cooler, Android 16, Bardock and Whis. There are also 24 new set of techniques gamers can gain or learn in the sequel, Attack of the Fanboy reported.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" is currently available in the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
