John Krasinski will delight us all as he narrates in the newest Disneynature film, “Born in China.”

John Krasinski will amuse us all as Disneynature announced that it has chosen the American actor and filmmaker to narrate its latest film "Born in China."

Krasinski, who is best known for his role as Jim Halpert on the remake of the British hit sitcom "The Office" and who starred in the 2016 Michael Bay film "13 Hours," said that he is a huge fan of Disneynature films and was honored to be a part of it.

"I think I've seen them (Disneynature films) all a couple times and to be asked to be a part of something that I feel is not only so beautiful and such great storytelling, but is so important, I was honored to be a part of it," Krasinksi said in a statement.

"Born in China" is a journey of three animal families--the majestic panda, the savvy golden monkey and the elusive snow leopard--into the wilds of China.

According to Disneynature's website, the film will feature stunning imagery, navigating the vast terrain of China, from the frigid mountains to the heart of the bamboo forest and on the wings of a red-crowned crane.

"To find this unbelievable landscape that was far beyond the cities and the bustling crowds of the China that I thought I knew was just fascinating," Krasinski commented.

The film, which is the seventh theatrical Disneynature release, was directed by Chinese filmmaker Lu Chuan and produced by Disney's Roy Conli and nature filmmakers Brian Leith and Phil Chapman.

It will land the box office on Earth Day, April 22, next year.

According to Disneynature, part of the earnings in the opening week will proceed to a donation to World Wildlife Fund to help protect wild panda populations and establish new conservation programs for snow leopards in China.
