However, the study is yet to be fully accepted by the scientific field and other experts. Test are yet to be done among human subjects to prove its effectiveness in dissolving fats. Consequently, despite the need for further studies with the waster water from sweet potatoes, experts believe that sweet potato itself may aid in losing weight.
