2NE1 Dara solo debut may happen soon rather than later if the latest statements of the singer-actress are to be believed.

The South Korean idol surprised everyone when she worked the stage with a hot and sexy number on the culmination of the reality survival show to which she was a judge. Dara performed her single "Kiss" along with the seven finalists onstage.

Dara updated her fans with a photo of herself on Instagram and the caption reads, "Thank you so much for the good memories Pinoy Boyband Superstar! Thank you [for your] love and support, Blackjacks! I will look forward to the upcoming projects in [the Philippines] and in Korea next year! I will work harder for all of you. I miss you already."

Although the idol did not revealed details on her upcoming projects, fans hinted that this could be a sign for her solo singing career following the footsteps of other former 2NE1 members - CL, Park Bom, and Minzy - in pursuing solo careers in singing. Dara's electrifying performance hinted that she is ready to take the stage on her own.

Dara will also focus on her acting career and her endorsement deals. Rumour has it that she has bagged the role in the Korean version of John Carney movie, "Begin Again".

Dara is more focused into building her acting career. She starred in web dramas and even appeared as guest in some Korean dramas like The Producers. Tagged as the most beautiful in YG Entertainment, Dara bagged a lot of endorsements.

After her judging stint in the Philippines, Dara will reportedly fly back to South Korea to take on some acting projects lined up for her. It was previously reported that she bagged the female lead role in the Korean version of "Begin Again". She is also the head of Public Relations of YG, so she will attend to some of her admin tasks.
