Breadwallet introduces cash for Bitcoin service for iOS

Breadwallet, one of the most popular Bitcoin wallet service provider has initiated cash for bitcoin service. The service presently in beta stage will be made available on iOS enabled devices for users in the United States and Canada.

Newsbtc reported that Bitcoin has already achieved recognition as the universal currency. However, it is not easy for all to buy bitcoin which is hindering the adoption rate. Many exchanges across the globe call users to either choose a wire transfer or remit with credit cards to buy Bitcoin. It is not convenient for many people due to various reasons, that includes hesitation to use card remittances on these platforms. The new feature on Breadwallet Bitcoin Wallet appears as a welcome change to those people who wish to part of the Bitcoin community while not being interested in connecting own bank account or credit card to respective accounts.

As the user signs up for quick access, it is needed to verify own email address. After the completion of the formalities, users can click on the "Buy Bitcoin" button and choose the "Cash" option.  Further, a map highlighting respective current location will be presented along with nearby places to be able to buy the popular cryptocurrency by paying cash. Along with physical stores, the map along presents users with the location of Bitcoin ATMs to deposit fiat to buy bitcoin easily.

The Bitcoin news  reported that the feature will be included soon in its Android application as the company expands its services to other countries. The cash for bitcoin option is expected to make life easier for those who are looking to buy Bitcoin instantly and also for those who don't have the source to buy through the conventional route.

The Breadwallet recent new blog post stated that users who are interested in testing the new service can sign up for quick access.

"If you've been using Breadwallet on iOS, you may have noticed an option buried in the settings page titled "Early Access". We are constantly working on new features to improve the Breadwallet experience, and always looking for users who are interested in testing out our new products before they are made available to everyone," Breadwallet says.
